Service Agreement

By engaging Zodbyte OÜ for AI automation, custom software development, or consulting services, you agree to these terms. Our services include business process automation, custom software solutions, and ongoing technical support.

Each project begins with a discovery phase to understand your requirements, followed by development, testing, and deployment according to agreed specifications and timelines.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typically, we require a 50% deposit before project commencement, with the remainder due upon completion. Monthly retainer agreements are available for ongoing services.

Late payments may result in project suspension and additional fees. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the custom software and automation systems we develop specifically for your business. We retain rights to our general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property.

We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless confidentiality agreements specify otherwise.

Service Limitations & Warranties

We provide services with professional care and industry-standard practices. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or ROI figures, as results depend on various factors including implementation and usage.

We offer technical support and bug fixes for delivered solutions according to agreed maintenance terms. Our liability is limited to the project value.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information, processes, and data. All team members sign confidentiality agreements, and we implement appropriate security measures to protect sensitive information.

Termination & Cancellation

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. You are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Completed deliverables and source code will be provided upon final payment.

Emergency termination may apply in cases of non-payment or breach of agreement terms.
